Kremlin: Russia cannot return to grain deal fulfillment

MOSCOW, Jul 25 (PRIME) -- Russia cannot return to fulfillment of the grain deal, because its conditions are not met, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday, when asked about a letter of U.N. Secretary General Antonio Guterres on the initiative.

"There was indeed an action plan set forth in Mr. Guterres’ letter and a promise that there will be time, when the Russian part of the agreements might be fulfilled,” Peskov said.

“Unfortunately, it is impossible to return to the deal now, because it is not being fulfilled, it has not been fulfilled in fact."
